Safety warning
This device can only be used by trained personnel.
Each device has a specific purpose. If you are unsure, please consult Transson's agent.
Do not attempt to modify the equipment, nor exceed the maximum working pressure of the system.
Check the equipment daily and immediately repair or replace old or damaged parts.
Read the warning content provided by the paint and solvent manufacturers to confirm that the coatings and solvents used are suitable for the parts that come into contact with the equipment.
Do not use high-pressure hoses to pull equipment, and do not let high-pressure hoses pass through congested areas, sharp edges, moving objects, and hot surfaces.
Comply with all relevant local and national regulations on fire prevention, electricity use, and safety.
Do not aim the spray gun at anyone or any part of your body, do not place your hands or fingers on the nozzle, and do not use your hands, body, gloves, or cloth to block cracks or leaks.
High pressure paint sprayed onto the skin may appear as just a wound, but it is a serious injury. Please see a professional doctor immediately.
Before operating the equipment, please tighten all joints and confirm that the spray gun trigger safety can be operated safely.
When stopping spraying, please lock the trigger of the spray gun.
Check the high-pressure hose and connection parts every day, replace the damaged parts immediately, do not repair the high-pressure connection parts, you must replace the entire high-pressure hose.
The intake hose of the pneumatic motor must be securely tied and connected.
Do not loosen the connection parts of the paint pump, high-pressure hose, and spray gun without unloading the pressure and opening the intake switch.
Good grounding must be maintained during the use of the equipment. If there are static sparks or you feel electric shock, please stop spraying immediately until you find the cause and troubleshoot.
Maintain fresh air circulation to avoid the accumulation of flammable gases in solvents and coatings during the spraying process.
Open flames are not allowed in the spraying operation area. Do not smoke in the spraying area.
In the spraying operation area, do not turn on or off any light switches during the operation.
Do not start the gasoline engine in the spraying area.
Understand the special hazards of the coatings you use.
Always wear protective goggles, gloves, protective clothing, and masks recommended by paint and solvent manufacturers.
It is strictly prohibited to hammer, collide, or fall on the spraying machine cylinder. If any damage is found, it should be replaced with a new one. And it is recommended that the spraying cylinder should be replaced after a cumulative working time of 5000 hours (or three years) to ensure safety.
The M12 or M14 bolts connecting the cylinder to the upper and lower covers of the cylinder should be tightened according to the torque specified in the table during maintenance and repair. If any abnormal phenomena such as bolt deformation and slipping are found, they should be replaced according to the performance level and specifications specified below.
