Before use, check whether all bolts, nuts, pipeline joints, including the connecting nuts and clamps of the suction system in the spraying machine are tightened. Carefully understand the opening and closing directions of each pneumatic gate valve, as well as the rotation direction of the pressure regulating valve and the relief valve. (Turn the pressure regulating valve handwheel clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease), the air compressor should not be too small, and the length of the air pipe used should not exceed 5m.


Insert the paint suction pipe and drain valve into the diluent bucket, connect the air source, and adjust the intake pressure according to the type of paint. To ensure safe use, the maximum intake pressure should not exceed 0.6Mpa; Moreover, as long as the coating atomizes well, the lower the intake pressure, the better.


3. Open the release valve (without turning on the spray gun), and at this time, the pneumatic hydraulic booster pump of the spraying machine will continuously and stably move back and forth. After the coating hydraulic system of the spraying machine has a no-load pressure working condition for 2-3 minutes, close the release valve. If the pressure of the coating hydraulic system is balanced, the pneumatic hydraulic pump can balance and stop on its own, and spraying can begin at this time.


When spraying, the direction of the handheld spray gun should be perpendicular or slightly inclined to the workpiece being coated, and the direction of movement should be parallel to the surface being coated. It is advisable to have a uniform speed and avoid sagging.


5. The paint must be kept clean. For unclean coatings, according to the particle size and viscosity of the coating, they should be filtered through a 40-100 mesh filter as much as possible before spraying. If the newly opened coating is relatively clean and free of impurities such as paint skin and sand particles, there is no need to filter it after stirring evenly. For coatings that are prone to sedimentation, the coating should also be continuously stirred frequently during the spraying process.


During the spraying process, when cleaning and replacing the nozzle, or when not spraying, the trigger safety of the spray gun should be locked in a timely manner. In any case,

The muzzle of the spray gun should not be facing towards oneself or others to avoid accidentally pressing the trigger, and high-pressure paint spraying can damage the human body. If the spray gun can still be opened after the safety is locked, the small nut at the end of the pull pin of the gun valve core should be adjusted. If the nozzle is blocked, it needs to be soaked in solvent, cleaned, or carefully removed with a brush. Do not use hard objects to randomly move to avoid damaging the nozzle.


When using a rotary nozzle for spraying, if the nozzle is slightly blocked, the handle can be turned 180 degrees to pull the trigger of the spray gun and use the high-pressure coating's own hydraulic pressure to blow out the dirt inside the nozzle. If it is completely blocked, the nozzle connection nut must be slightly loosened, and the handle can only be turned after the paint is depressurized. If the pressure is not relieved, it cannot be pulled. Forcefully pulling the handle can easily damage it. When using standard or rotary nozzles, a sealing ring should be placed at the connection with the nozzle outlet.


When the spraying machine has a long continuous working time and the phenomenon of frost accumulation inside and outside the muffler is severe, a water separation filter and air dryer can be installed before compressed air is input into the spraying machine, and the muffler can be removed. Alternatively, replace the oil in the oil mist atomizer oil cup with antifreeze for the car water tank. The water separation filter and air dryer are selected or self-made by users according to their actual needs. Anti freeze liquid for car water tanks can be purchased from all over the country.


At the end of spraying or after a certain interval of time, the suction pipe should be promptly lifted from the paint bucket to allow the spraying machine to operate without load. The remaining paint in the paint pump, suction pipe, high-pressure hose, and spray gun should be discharged, and then the diluent or solvent should be used for no-load circulation to clean all the paint hydraulic circuits in the paint pump, suction pipe, discharge valve, high-pressure hose, airless spray gun, nozzle, etc. When cleaning, the inlet balloon valve should be opened slightly, It is advisable to control the reciprocating frequency of the spraying machine within 30-40 times per minute.
